The Dolling Family
The Dolling family started their life as growers of fresh produce in the early 1980’s, growing not only onions but also potatoes and carrots. After many years of trying with these vegetables and various others, they are now focussed solely on growing onions.
Dolling Produce, a family owned and operated company, is run by Brett Dolling and his wife Leanne, with the assistance of their 3 children, Jarryd, Chet and Shannon.
When it comes to picking out the best onions, Brett and Leanne believe there are no tricks ‐ instead just look for firm onions that are free from cuts and blemishes. It’s that simple.
